Low Back Pain is real
If you have low back pain, you are in a group of people about 125 million people in the United States, who report enduring low back pain within the last quarter of the year. In simple cases, minor and normal low back pain issues can resolve itself in about 4-5 weeks, low back pain can reduce to nothing or just simple annoying muscle spasms. However, for some folks, back pain can return or lasts for longer months, leading to a decrease in quality of live or presenting to disability.
Patients who suffer with chronic pain will search for alternative treatment modalities to relieve chronic pain. Chili peppers are some of the trials people apply for pain relief. It does not matter if the food they’re in is Mexican, Chinese, Thai or any type of Carribean pepper food. Scotch bonnets, from the Caribbean islands, are famous for its heat. Scotch Bonnets have a heat rating of 80,000–400,000 Scoville units.
I have been known to eat pepper raw on occasion, and I normally add chili sauce to give a bit of life to just about any main meals. However, I’d have drawn the line on the sand at putting hot pepper anywhere on my body other than in my mouth.
The clever pain doctor suggested to put the active ingredient of the hot pepper, capsaicin, in patches and apply them to the skin four times a day to burn off the neuropathic nerve pain. He said that the application may cause some stings and I should be able to handle it.
I am man up to fight off the stings after hearing a thorough explanation of the innovated treatment. I held out the prospect of reducing my chronic pain, and the better side effects of pharmaceutical pain killers.
Special Note: If you have nail fungus , do this immediately, wear double gloves, crush a Scotch Bonnet, Fatalii, Red Habanero, or Dorset Naga in to tiny pieces and place it on top of the fungus.
Of course, the capsaicin heat overwhelmed me after 20 minutes applied, tears come down my eyes. The heat of the oil went through my porous skin. This is way worse than hot chicken wings.
The experiment was discontinue, I returned to normal over the counter medicine to control inflammation and chronic pain treatment.
